Halloween is approaching and everybody is getting excited about preparing their Halloween costumes and how to bring the house in Halloween style.
To start with, I looked for a bit of context about Halloween, and this is what I found on www.history.com: Halloween is an annual holiday celebrated each year on the 31 of October. It originated with the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain, when people would light bonfires and wear costumes to ward off ghosts. In the eighth century, Pope Gregory III designated November 1 as a time to honor all saints; soon, All Saints Day incorporated some of the traditions of Samhain. The evening before was known as All Hallows Eve, and later Halloween. Over time, Halloween evolved into a day of activities like trick-or-treating, carving jack-o-lanterns, festive gatherings, donning costumes and eating sweet treats. Well, you still don’t know what Halloween has to do with being active, so let’s get to that now.
Accrobranche nocturne - Soirée Halloween - October 26 and November 2
One of the providers on TIQ2Sports, Parc Aventure Genève, have a brilliant idea and organize 2 Halloween evenings this year, on October 26 and on November 2.
The Treetop adventure parc will not only be filled with zip lines, bridges, and platforms but the park will be decorated, and the staff will be disguised. Clients are encouraged to come disguised as well. Party, have fun and be active. For all ages and for all levels. We like this! You can check the details in case you are interested.
