These classes include supervised modifications for every participant. They use Pilates exercises as a foundation and strengthening and toning exercises for the upper body (Arms, Chest and Back), the lower body (Legs and Buttocks) and of course the core of your body (Abdominals and Lower Back).

16 days body transformation outdoor boot camp, in a small group or individual. Group classes can be organised if you sign up as a group. The price for individual classes starts at CHF 80.- per hour. Depending on the number of persons in a group, the price will decrease accordingly.

Whether you are looking to lose weight, transform your body for this coming summer or just get fitter and feel better, this 16 DAY challenge is an easy way to achieve your goal. Outdoors training that includes short bursts of cardio training and muscle toning exercises targeting upper and lower body especially those hard to tone.

If you are looking for a coach for you and your friends or family to do a Bootcamp she can customise individual dates and hours at your convenience.

Carla's Fitness offers a professional tailor-made personal training service to educate you in the benefits of Pilates. She can adapt to your schedule. She can either see you in your own home (between Geneva and Lausanne - price to be discussed depending on the travel time) or in her studio in Vich (near Nyon).

Pilates offers a wide and efficient range of activities. It can be used to reach several goals quickly, including boosting energy, endurance and flexibility. Then posture can be improved and any postural deviations straightened out, through a strengthening of the back and knee muscles. Finally, it will keep you in shape through various improvised exercises, drawn from aqua aerobics, yoga or kickboxing, and other cardio moves.

If you wish to work on specific parts of the body, slim down or regain muscles weakened by childbirth, Pilates is for you. It is also suitable for men who want to prepare their bodies before practising certain sports, like golf, tennis or skiing. Whether you want to shine on the green or be admired for your silhouette, Pilates is the perfect way to communicate with and understand your body.

Just like rhythm and blues, cardio exercises are available in various tempos. If you specifically want to sustain weight loss, try her programme devised by Carla using new techniques.
