This class is for adults of all levels. The level of classes in small groups is between soft and classic (with accessories: small ball, magic circle, weighted ball, elastic, foam rolls).
Through a variety of exercises, you will learn how to activate weak muscles and relay those that are too tights to balance your musculature. With this awareness, you will then be able to isolate them to strenghten and lenghten them. The goal is to create a balanced body by focusing on the abdomen, pelvis and posterior regions. This results in improved strength, flexibility, coordination and support.

Über uns Pilates c'est en toi

Agnès was born in Lausanne in 1965 and lived for several years in the city of Zürich where she trained according to the Joseph Pilates method in 2004 in Basel and obtained the diploma 'Pilates Trainer Mat Class' at the Polestar Education International school. Convinced of the benefits of this method on herself and seeing the positive results on her clients, she decided to make it her profession and today she also teaches people to become professionals of the Mat Class Pilates method (on the ground).
The Pilates method is a gentle and powerful method for strengthening and re-training the deep abdominals, perineum and back muscles as well as in improving and correcting body posture (method highly recommended by doctors ).
The benefits of Pilates:
- Learn to breathe through your movements to activate the circulation of your whole body.
- Learn to align your joints, to stretch them for more mobility and flexibility.
- Learn to engage your deep abdominals and perineum muscles consciously to strengthen and stabilise the core (powerhouse).
- Learn to integrate Pilates into everyday movements and activities for more harmony and stress management.
