Kristin, the head of Fit & Food, is a certified personal trainer, certified fitness coach and also a certified yoga instructor. She has a background in athletics, and an education from the Norwegian Sport Academy.

Kristin offers a variety of different types of classes suited to any level of experience and fitness. When asked what makes her training sessions special compared to others that are offered in the region, Kristin said she "offers both indoor and outdoor training, and tries to keep classes small so each client can be given lots of individual attention".

Tabata training is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. The class takes place indoors with motivational music & a great atmosphere!

HIIT is a training technique in which you go all-out, giving one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods (e.g. 20 seconds high intensity and 10 seconds rest). These are done with different variations of intervals. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

The Fatburner class is a low impact class with 40 minutes of cardio to music with simple choreography, finishing with abs and stretching. Moves can be adapted to various levels, and the floor work helps to build and strengthen muscles. The class then ends with a well-deserved coffee!

Kristin is an excellent and great trainer. She ensures that your technic is correct to avoid any injuries. Her easy going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. She makes each workout challenging, creative and most importantly, fun! I thoroughly enjoy working out in a relaxed outdoor environment within a group (all different nationalities). I really recommend the “Bootcamp” with Kristin to improve your workout.
