The bootcamp training is an efficient training program adjusted to the individual needs of clients who work their whole body in a short period of time. Group training includes a good mix of cardio and strength exercises. The class will also incorporate the use of bodyweight exercises, core training, kettle-bells, boxing equipment, etc.

The first class is free.

It's also possible to purchase a 10-class card. This pass can be used across both programs. Each class costs CHF 25.-, but if you purchase a 10-class pass (of value CHF 250.-) you will receive a reduction and only pay CHF 200.-.

Tabata training is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. The class takes place indoors with motivational music & a great atmosphere!

HIIT is a training technique in which you go all-out, giving one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods (e.g. 20 seconds high intensity and 10 seconds rest). These are done with different variations of intervals. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

Kristin is an excellent and great trainer. She ensures that your technic is correct to avoid any injuries. Her easy going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. She makes each workout challenging, creative and most importantly, fun! I thoroughly enjoy working out in a relaxed outdoor environment within a group (all different nationalities). I really recommend the “Bootcamp” with Kristin to improve your workout.

Kristin, the head of Fit & Food, is a certified personal trainer, certified fitness coach and also a certified yoga instructor. She has a background in athletics, and an education from the Norwegian Sport Academy.

Kristin offers a variety of different types of classes suited to any level of experience and fitness. When asked what makes her training sessions special compared to others that are offered in the region, Kristin said she "offers both indoor and outdoor training, and tries to keep classes small so each client can be given lots of individual attention".

If you're looking for a class that pushes your limits in a great atmosphere, look no further, but watch out; before you know it, you'll be hooked!
