About Antoine Prud’homme

Antoine Prud’homme

As a sports enthusiast since he was a child, Antoine has practised various activities at competition level. Very quickly he was confronted with stress and overwhelmed by his emotions. Competing had become a constraint. It was then that he decided to follow a coaching education to find answers to his questions and provide mental support to athletes. For this, he studied mental preparation and psychology of sport at the University of Lille 2 and he took part in other complementary courses.

Today, he enjoys accompanying sportsmen and -women towards well-being and performance.

What is his philosophy?

He assists the person in his work of self-reflection without losing sight of his quest for sports excellence. Concretely, it is to look inside oneself before wanting to enter the medal race too quickly. In a world where we constantly want to have more confidence in ourselves, more motivation and more goals, he proposes instead to strip us of our fears and limiting beliefs. For this, he invites the athlete to observe and awaken themselves in order to see their condition, to become aware of their own barriers and then to take action and free themselves of them.

Benevolence, listening and autonomy are his keywords.
