Sébastien provides tennis training and tennis oriented physical training at the tennis club in Crans. His lessons are suitable for all levels as well as all ages. Dynamic, communicative, with strong interpersonal skills, he is available to teach you and he will satisfy your requests.

Trained Swisstennis coach and course director Sébastien Pernel has many experiences in teaching in competition, including several titles of Vaudois champions juniors/adults and Swiss champions junior team.

His philosophy in tennis training: improve your playing skills in basic situations such as service, return, baseline, attack and defense.

His philosophy in physical preparation: to improve coordination to increase your physical performance such as speed, strength, stamina and flexibility.
